The Cat's Cradle Quilt Pattern is now added to the website. I know there have been some of you asking about this pattern, I apologize for taking so long getting the pattern ready for release.
I made each Cat's Cradle block in a different colour, then when I put them all together I loved the result. Adding borders to give this little quilt a little extra zing. Simple half square triangles make this an easy quilt to work on, find the colours that bring you joy and start sewing.
You can never have enough small quilts to brighten your home...........
The Cat's Cradle Quilt was also featured in the Today's Quilter Magazine, read more about it here.
I hope you have enjoyed my ramblings and pictures
Happy Stitching

How to press a Flying Geese Border ? This is the question I was asked so I have done my best to answer as it is not exactly what you might be expecting to see. Read more to see how I pressed the seams to get nice flat intersections.
Making four Flying Geese units at a time is a great time saver, and a wonderful method. I love to oversize the units and trim them down to the correct size for perfect blocks. Read how I go about making these versatile units that I use in almost every quilt I make.
