Creating applique flowers for the Adelicia sampler quilt. The applique method I like to use is turned edge and invisibly sewn by machine. It looks the same as if it were sewn by hand and I love doing my applique this way. This is my process for making the flower on the Adelicia sampler quilt.

Ayla is my beautiful new granddaughter, how wonderful it is to have a new addition to the family. This has inspired me to make a bassinette quilt for her, and since she has definitely stolen my heart. I am making her a heart quilt. Just in time for Valentine's day. Take a look at the sweet quilt for a sweet little baby.

Well, that is my quandary this week, as I sort through all my quilts trying to find places for them in my home. I have come across some favorites that deserve a special place. The quilt I am going to focus on in this post is my Vintage Crosses Quilt. You can find it on the website here this week I have decided to have a 10% discount sale on the pattern. In turn each week I will be doing this for each of my patterns and writing about each quilt.
