Wow! what an amazing fun giveaway. Such great comments, so interesting to read all about what you all listen to while you are quilting.
Congratulations to Marilyn Jordan Fraser !! This was Marilyn's comment:
'Love your quilts! When I’m quilting, I usually like to listen to a Christian radio station in the States called K-Love.'After reading all the fabulous comments, I though about what I listen to, when I listen to what and why ? LOL
My conclusion is that I listen to the radio mostly when I need some background noise and company. I have found a fabulous station called 'Magic' that plays all the songs from the 60's though to now. I also watch Coronation Street, I know... I know my husband is NOT a fan so I watch it while I quilt. I also love Audio Books when I am in the mood to be taken to somewhere by the orator and can happily forget all my responsibilities. BUT all that said...... when I want to concentrate on what I am working on I listen to peace and quiet, this is where I can really be the most productive, without any distractions, peace and quiet is truly my happy place.
Happy Stitching

How to press a Flying Geese Border ? This is the question I was asked so I have done my best to answer as it is not exactly what you might be expecting to see. Read more to see how I pressed the seams to get nice flat intersections.
Making four Flying Geese units at a time is a great time saver, and a wonderful method. I love to oversize the units and trim them down to the correct size for perfect blocks. Read how I go about making these versatile units that I use in almost every quilt I make.
